About Ambler PA

 A small community located in southern Montgomery County, Ambler was initially established as a farming community, and mills were established in the area to bring commerce to the region. For many years, Ambler was a rural neighborhood with a small number of businesses. As it grew, however, Ambler residents established a number of industrial facilities throughout the area, including asbestos production. A number of historic structures still stand in the area to this day, including residential houses and places of worship. Today, Ambler is home to an estimated 6,505 individuals, and the median household income in the borough was $47,014 as of 2015.
